SCIAHK&SCIA Dual Qualification Tribunal Secretary Training Program is co-organised by South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK) and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) to facilitate capacity building of young legal professionals in Hong Kong and Macao who are devoted to international arbitration, and together with young lawyers from Chinese Mainland. This year, the program will be held at Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Jiangmen from 2-5 November 2025.
A "dual-qualified" certificate will be given to trainees who pass the exams. Dual-qualified tribunal secretaries will have chances of being appointed to manage arbitral proceedings. CPD points being applied for.
