The South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) will jointly offer a three-day 2026 SCIA & SCIAHK Dual Qualification Advanced Training Program in International Commercial Mediation.
Conducted entirely in English, the program focuses on essential skills in international commercial mediation, including language, emotions, and balancing of interests. Through a thoughtfully designed curriculum featuring progressive theoretical instruction and engaging role-play exercises, led by experienced practitioners of international dispute resolution Kenneth Cloke, speakers will share their practical mediation insights, providing comprehensive guidance for professionals in international commercial mediation practice.
Participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded a SCIA & SCIAHK Dual Qualification Certificate of Completion. In addition, 10 Outstanding Participants will be selected by the Organizers, with opportunities to take part in mediation work at the China Import and Export Fair and cases handled by the SCIA Mediation Center.
