SCIAHK&SCIA Dual Qualification Tribunal Secretary Training Program is co-organised by South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK) and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) to facilitate capacity building of young legal professionals in Hong Kong and Macao who are devoted to international arbitration, and together with young lawyers from Chinese Mainland. Trainees will attend courses and sit for exams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen from 9 to 12 November 2023. The Program covers topics of understanding and application of arbitration rules of SCIA and SCIAHK, key stages of arbitral proceedings, and duties and roles of tribunal secretary, etc.
A "dual-qualified" certificate will be given to trainees who participate the four-day training and pass the exams. Dual-qualified tribunal secretaries will have chances of being appointed to manage arbitral proceedings.
