The South China International Arbitration Center (HK) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration support the ICCA Congress being held in Hong Kong

     From 5 May to 8 May, the 2024 ICCA Congress was held in Hong Kong.  More than 1,400 professionals from more than 70 jurisdictions participated in the event, making it the largest ICCA Congress in history.  The South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), serving as the highest-level support institutions (Diamond Sponsors), gave full support and participation throughout the congress.  During the event, the SCIA and the SCIAHK, as “Twin Cities, Two Centers”, engaged in friendly exchanges with international arbitration experts from over 70 countries and regions, sharing the latest achievements in the innovative development of international arbitration in China.

 

     SCIAHK board members and SCIA council members, including Shen Sibao, Anthony Neoh, Liu Xiaochun, Elsie Leung, Rimsky Yuan, Huen Wong, Liu Chunhua, and Peter Malanczuk, participated in the main seminars and related side events of this year's ICCA Hong Kong congress.

 

     During the ICCA Hong Kong congress, several legal groups from China and abroad visited SCIAHK to learn about the latest developments in international arbitration and the business environment under the “Hong Kong + Shenzhen” cross-jurisdictional collaborative innovation model.
