As approved by the Board of Directors of South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK), the New SCIAHK Arbitration Rules take effect from 31 March 2025.
The New Rules shall be applied to all cases accepted on or after 31 March 2025. For cases accepted before 31 March 2025, or if the Parties specifically agree so, the SCIAHK Arbitration Rules that took effect on 1 May 2022 (2022 Rules) shall apply.
