As approved by the Board of Directors of the South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK), taking effect from 31 March 2025, the threshold amount for applying the Expedited Rules as per Article 23A and Appendix 5 “Expedited Procedure Rules” of the Arbitration Rules shall be 25,000,000 Hong Kong Dollars.
For cases involving other currencies, the amounts shall be converted into Hong Kong Dollars at the rate prevailing on the date the Notice of Arbitration was submitted.
