South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (the "SCIAHK") is an international arbitration institution established under the laws of Hong Kong SAR. On 26 September 2019, as confirmed by the Supreme People's Court and the Department of Justice of Hong Kong SAR Government, SCIAHK was included in the list of qualified arbitral institutions under the Arrangement Concerning Mutual Assistance in Court-ordered Interim Measures in Aid of Arbitral Proceedings (the "Interim Measures Arrangement") and operates as a Hong Kong arbitral institution.
