由華南（香港）國際仲裁院和深圳國際仲裁院共同舉辦的“雙城兩院雙認證”仲裁庭秘書資格培訓計劃面向有志於從事國際仲裁事業的法律青年，旨在協助參與者發展作為仲裁庭秘書的實務能力。
SCIAHK&SCIA Dual Qualification Tribunal Secretary Training Program, co-organized by South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK) and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), aims to facilitate capacity building of young legal professionals who are devoted to international arbitration.
全程參與培訓並通過資格考核的法律青年將獲“SCIAHK+SCIA”頒發的“雙認證”仲裁庭秘書資格培訓證書，以及參加“雙城兩院”仲裁案件程序管理的機會。
A "dual-qualified" certificate will be given to trainees who participate the training and pass the exams. Dual-qualified tribunal secretaries will have chances of being appointed to manage arbitral proceedings.
